The notice in words
Consumers buying goods from a professional seller in the European Union benefit from at least two years of legal guarantee protection. Some countries provide longer periods. National law may allow a shorter period for second-hand goods, but not less than one year.
If goods do not match their description or do not work as intended, legal remedies include free repair or replacement and, under certain conditions, a price reduction or full reimbursement.
