Statutory guarantee

Consumers have statutory guarantee rights. For newly purchased goods, the statutory guarantee period is generally two years from delivery, unless the law provides otherwise.

Information about the EU guarantee label

From 27 September 2026, additional requirements for a standardised guarantee notice apply to B2C online shops. The prescribed EU label has a mandatory format and must not be replaced with a freely designed substitute text. GLANDIUM will provide the prescribed display in the purchase process or with the offers in accordance with the legal requirements.
